Tsagaan was born to a nomadic herder family in Ramasar. Born with albinism, Tsagaan was viewed with contempt from birth. As soon as he could walk and talk, his development diverged from the usual path of children in his family. Since sunlight was harmful to Tsagaan, he usually slept during the day. When he wasn't asleep during the day, he was entrusted with indoor tasks, like creating and maintaining tools for the family. During the night he would watch over the family's herds alone. This loneliness was stifling for Tsagaan, so he would set out on a journey to find a remedy for his affliction, and upon return earn a place in his family through independence and strength, not pity.
The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
((How does your character respond? Please ensure your response is at least six sentences long, and uses at least two actions.))
Example: "Uhmm... Me?" Tsagaan clumsily closes the door. "I am from the south" he answers and moves towards the chair. "These candles look great. Say, can you bend the world to your will in other ways as well? Can you shield from sun without cloth and garment? Can you bend a herd of animals to your will better than the best shepherd?" Tsagaan is eager to find out about his needs and speaks his mind in full honesty. "Do you know where I could learn such skills?"
