    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Metagaming is using outside knowledge in one's roleplaying. Such as calling another character by their name in roleplay before your character is actually introduced to them.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is when a character does something that they would not be able to do realistically.

Joaquin was born into a simple Savinian farming family on the outskirts of Presa de Madera in the kingdom of Santegia-Haria. As a child, he became very studious and disinterested in farm life. This desire for learning  and his humble origins lead him to the passion of healing and medicine. With this passion and studious nature, Joaquin left for the city in search of more training in hopes to become a great Physician. Joaquin is also known for his kind and nurturing disposition as well as a loud and expressive personality. While being slightly awkward, he tries to fit in and become a social butterfly. He desires to learn more about the world around him and how to take care of those who live in it. He is somewhat naive, often very trusting of those he makes friends with, and shows unbounded kindness to those in need. He may carry himself slightly simple, but he does have complex thinking skills that he rarely shows off.

Character Age: 18
Physical Description: Joaquin has light brown skin, black hair and brown eyes. He is short statured at only 5'4 and wears simple, loose clothing.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
