    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: When you use information, that you obtained out of character, in roleplay (that the character shouldn't know)
    example: two players scheme irp in game, then the scheme gets leaked ooc (through discord for instance) - then a third player, who only obtained the information of the scheme ooc uses it irp (for example reporting on the scheme to irp authorities etc). the third player is metagming.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: When you make your character able to carry out unrealistic and unfair actions, especially ones that the character isn't strong enough to perform anyways.
    example: "Astinio punches Tom in the face with a closed fist, dropping him dead in an instant" (not a proper emote, as the other person cant even respond. also said character might not even be able to kill someone in 1 punch)
    Status: Accepted

Astinio would tell the man "I am not looking for anything special in this city right now". He would look around the market, searching for a tavern, then asks the gentleman again "Could you tell me where is the nearby place where I can get a drink?".
The well dressed man replies: "I know of such a place, follow me..".
Both of them head for the nearest tavern, and as they go, Astinio would carefully watch out for thieves and bandits who could be lurking inside the sprawling polis.

  • Be sure to include an example of metagaming and powergaming in each definitions!

  • Your Character Biography is a bit short. Please include at least 10 sentences. If you don’t know what to add, I recommend thinking more about your character’s backstory. Where are they from, what were their parents like, why are they how they are…?

  • Be sure to elaborate a bit more on why your character dislikes/likes those things about themselves. I also recommend elaborating on why your character developed their fears!
