    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta-gaming is the action of you knowing something and doing that action without your character knowing. For example, you are in a discord call and your friend says that they are at said town, that would be meta-gaming because my character in game wouldn't know that my friend was in that town.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power-gaming is the action of making a role-play over powering, for example if you get into a fight, and you say "shoves him and kills him" that would be power-gaming because you would be making the role-play go farther than it should.
