    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Used in Role-playing its like using one's real life knowlege to venture through the game.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Kinda, So like saying “I chop off his leg” is incorrect because i wanna be able to give the other person a chance to fight? so i’d say “I aim to chop off his leg” Then the other person could like doge my move

The start: Me.. Zil, abandoned and orphaned at only the age of 7 months,  I was left outside one nightly and frightful afternoon by the Cerridwens Bath House located in Dominion, Home of the Wood Elves. I was luckily taken under-care by the locals.. wood elves. Growing up I was very strong with the Aspectist Faith. And grew a passionate love for farming. Being able to feed other Evles is an honor. And the Elven family that took me in( Heidi Crolay (Mom) Pierri Crolay (Father)) raised me into the person I am today. They weren't the richest of Elves. And they have constantly struggled throughout their years. I believe a big leading factor to why they accepted me into their family so blissfully is due to the fact Heidi had fertility complications.. the iblees cure.. So with that in mind I wanna work hard and show my gratitude and prove my worth by providing the land with crops and nutrition. Thus my adventures await with the farming life.

Physical Description: long ears, Fair skinned, very tall. mature looking, clothing made of vines and wood.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Powergaming definition is incorrect. You should read over our wiki on Powergaming and Metagaming

Abandoned at 7 months but lived on own :: I am unsure what you mean by this, at 7 months infants are still barely able to do much, so someone had to take care of your character.
Cerridwen's Bath and Age :: Your age is 372, however the bath house was a recent build, as well as the Dominion was founded less than 200 years ago, thus youe char would likely be from Aegis.
Became a Wraith :: Unfortunately you cannot become a wraith at the time of your application. Did you mean "Wishes to become a wraith" ?
Vegetation growing on character :: Most vegetation will die without soil, water, and sunlight. I believe you mean he uses it as clothing.

 

I would suggest reading over Wood Elven Lore as well as information on the Dominion.
