    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Using external material that wouldn't fit in to narrative play to further a players resources in the game.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Doing an action that realistically your character wouldn't be able to do, braking roll play for all involved. such as a character in full armor trying to sneak without making a noise.

I'm Thonroc a Proud male Mountain Dwarf born in Kal'Urguan during the time on Aegis which would make me about 400 years old according. I have traveled from Aegis as a young man, I escaped the Verge, and traveled through Elysium to Anthos. I survived the Great Flood, and lived through Athera to Valinor to Axios, and finally arrived in Atlas.

For 350 years I served the Dwarven military in any form it took, but after centuries of bloodshed and death I decided to give up war all together. I moved to Sutica to live in peace and quiet. While I have spent many years wielding my trusty War Axe, but there have been other methods of combat I have always admired. I want to just live my life as a simple tavern keeper, but if Tahriae calls I will always answer. While being a simple blood and steel, warrior I have always been told I have a knack for the divine arts. I've been told that I can be a bit of a grump, surely is the word I think they used. I've always been a haggler but my social skills are a bit lacking. During my time in war, I was not the fastest but I was always the toughest.

I am about 3”7' and 200 lbs, I have a thick, medium length brown beard I have a trusty horned helmet that I like to wear around. My eyes are a dark brown and deeply sunken in. A few small scars near my eyebrow and upper lip.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Your definition is still not correct unfortunately, you have half of the definition. Take a look at the two screenshots on the wiki page that detail powergaming in a fight and edit it to include a scenario like that
