    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: keep it simple, let other people do with their character as they want and i don't do anything dumb with my character.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: it ruins the story. a roleplay can go so much more entertaining if you follow the story and go with the flow.

Physical Description: 5'4, 140 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, and he wears a brown tunic over a white shirt, green shorts, a leather belt, brown boots, and white socks.
Roleplay Scenario:

Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Raven gives the woman a nervous and shy smile and sits down. "sorry for bothering you ma'am, i was just traveling and trying to find somewhere to settle and open a flower shop."

Your response is not quite right, please re-read the questions, for powergaming, think about what steps you can take to be proactive to avoid Powergaming, as well as defining what it is. If you're having a hard time writing something down/or don’t know how else to word it, contact a community member. If you need help, please feel free to reach out.
  • We are a Minecraft Java Edition server, Bedrock Edition is not be usable on our server. Please change your IGN to be your Java Edition IGN (what you appear as ingame, not the name on the MC Launcher).
  • Please make sure to include at least six sentences in your roleplay scenario! If you’re stumped on what to add. I recommend saying where you are from, how was it growing up? Maybe talk about your parents? Etc.
