    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is essentially receiving information IRL that your in-game character would not know about. This would infringe on your characters story and the overall gaming experience for others.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is essentially making your in-game character do things that are out of the realm of possibility. I.E. destroying the universe, summoning an invincible set of armor, etc..

Disgruntled and dizzy by the sight of the sprawling city, Yao Fe barely hears the man that is standing in front of him. After studying the man for a long moment Yao Fe bites down his pride and asks, "Where can I find some food?" completely ignoring the mans barage of questions. Taken aback, the man replies, "Just down the road there's a tavern on the right. Tell them Tristen sent you." with a sinister grin on his face and a look of greed burning in his eyes. "Thank's for your help." Yao Fe said gruffly before wandering off into the abyss that was the city.
