    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is giving your character information that they would have no way of knowing— i.e. the connection that two characters they have never met are friends/related.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is exerting extreme control over other characters without their consent. For example, saying “John Smith stabs him with his rapier, killing him.” would be an example of powergaming. However, powergaming can also just extend to making your char
