Arton would be wowed, but immediately suspicious of the massive conflagration of people at the bazaar. When he is approached by the well dressed man, he promptly stops and eyes him curiously as he spouts off his welcome. "I'm seeking refuge" he says after a brief awkward silence. "I will probably not find it here. This city is beautiful, but within its streets are probably dark secrets that I don't want outside my window." After a pause he looks down, realizing his impolite behavior must be bad for this conversation. "My apologies, I more well suited for the natural world as opposed to your wonderful city. I should take my leave before I accidently insult you further" He steps away and walks down the street looking for the main gate, so he can live among the wilds.
