    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: I think I can avoid powergaming by acknowledging others player's character role. So, it's not only about thinking why I would say in a situation, instead thinking about something close to a real situation (in the game role).
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Metagaming disrupts fair roleplay making people affected by the situation get in a unfair situation, or maybe a disadvantage, breaking characters rp. So, it wouldn't make sense to me getting in a metagaming situation on purpose.

Roleplay Scenario:

Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
