You seem not to include any server lore in your application, I suggest reading up on dwarven lore on our wiki for reference.

This is not a requirement, but it might be best to lower his age, as he would rply know things and have been through things that you've got no clue about yourself. Your choice entirely, just would make it easier on you to begin with.
