    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Looking up/finding out information, that your character in-game would not know, then suddenly just know it out of the blue.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Performing unrealistic actions for the character that you are playing instead of playing your character realistic.

Read the scenario below this box and type out inside of this box how your character might respond. You must show an understanding of quoted dialogue and exposition throughout the scenario.

"Hello good sir, I have come to spread the good word of the Creator and the glories the Creator has brought to us. Do you know where I can purchase any parchment?"

And if he responds with yes:

Smile, then say "Thank you and may the Creator keep you well."

And if he responds with no:

Slightly frown, then say "Sorry to have bothered you."
