    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: To avoid Powergaming, players are encouraged to alter their phrasing to suggest an 'attempt' at an attack, and by allowing the opposing player to emote in response to such an attempt.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Metagaming is defined as using information obtained out of character in roleplay. If you find out information as a player, through OOC discussions either on the server or through social media, you may not use this information in roleplay until your character learns about it themselves in a natural way. Becoming suspicious of other characters or situations without any reason to is also a form of metagaming.

Roleplay Scenario:

My Charakter is from an abandoned unknown island. He is walking through this lands for long time! But know he thinks that he has found the perfekt place to settle down. Some people ask my character what he is doing here. I give the answer:

"i am on an unexpected walk through this wonderful lands. I want to meet new people and nice places. Maby I find a new place to live!"  

 

They ask my character what he wants to do. So my character said, that he wants to help people and be just be a friendly person!
