    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Making decisions based on non-roleplay based knowledge (i.e. what you know rather than what your character knows). Eg. if you read about something your character doesn't know about online and apply this knowledge in game or use discord to tell a friend miles away in game that you are being attacked.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Ignoring any roleplaying or realism-based constraints and misusing emotes. For example if in a fight I said that my overweight goblin did an advanced karate move whist in a headstand.

He nods his head sagely, ignores the further questioning of the suspiciously friendly chap,  and stumps away to drool over the salted meats of a rather perplexed stallholder.
