    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: All actions you're doing in a game which transcends prescribed ruleset. In a roleplay situations, for example, it would mean to tell somebody some information about another player or something they are doing or have done.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: It's a style of interacting with games or game-like systems, particularly video games and RPG. Which contain a fellowship of atmosphere and camaraderie.

Dagronk and his company were the ones who ended up capturing Salf, Knight of Vellator in the Fangorn Forrest and headed towards Dol Guldur. 
He was one of the largest and strongest of the Uruks and was a fierce fighter, managing to dismount Veltion King of Vellator and nearly killed him.
Before that, he was the gatekeeper of Dol Guldur, shortly before Veltion left Vellator with Salf.
Uglúk stood by his lord demands when Dagronk captured the knight, and tried to apprehend Salf. Dagronk beheaded one of Uglúk 's followers to prevent Uglúk from stealing his price.
Uglúk was eventually killed by Dagronk. He threw Uglúk down the mountain after stabbing him with a dagger that had been poisoned.
After Dagronk killed Uglúk, followers who were once from Uglúk joined Dagronk on his adventure to get hold of his own fortress.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Your Metagaming & your Powergaming definitions are incorrect, please read our wiki instead of Wikipedia.

Although the name is Lord Of The Craft, we are not a LotR roleplaying server, we have our own lore, make sure you keep this in mind for your next write up and be sure to include 1 lore reference!

For your three interesting facts 'having a purpose' isn't exactly a fact, along with that your weakness has to be something that your character fails in, for example they are missing in arm, or have immense trauma for something.
