He was born to two loving parents, in a medium village and were fairly known by the people. He's dad was generous and usually helped the poor and the mom was the same, this was were he learned to follow God. He was an only child, which was weird because everyone else had brothers or sisters. From a young age he always loved to explore the village and outside the village there was forests, rivers and mountains and lots to explore. He didn't have many friends but only kept a few who helped him become better and who pretty much stayed with him for most of his life (until I depart for my adventure). This was also were he found out people could be fake and become backstabbers, which he hated. At a young age he heard stories of strong people who could move massive rocks and carry hundreds of pounds which inspired him to become much stronger and have bigger muscles which is where ambition and discipline came in, and he started to love working hard for it. Around 13 he was already stronger than most kids and he was hired as an apprentice by the local blacksmith. He's days were usually the same he liked his routine which was, wake up around 4-5am or before light to go and workout, come back and shower in the river, then read, he always liked having his mind sharp, eat and then start his day and work as a blacksmith and then finally go to church around evening to thank God and go home to he's parents. He always kept an eye for a companion but usually wasn't interested too much because as the days followed, he wanted more and wanted to be great. Then around 19, already working as a blacksmith for years, he saved up enough money to go out and explore the world that he heard was filled with "adventure, money, people... and so on". His parents were hesitant because they said they will miss him but he always wanted to be great, and that's what he strived for.
As I hear the words from the well-dressed gentleman, I look around me and I think to myself "Was that for me? Cause I know with this clothes I look poor compared to him." But as I stood there, he looked directly and me and I replied "I'm sorry sir, were you speaking to me?" He replied "Yes of course, what brings you to this lovely place?" I take a moment to reply and I couldn't answer him because I didn't know if I wanted money, adventure or what, I just knew I wanted to be great, so I said, "I wanna be great." He then replied, "What does great mean to you?" Which stuck with me and then as he said other kind and encouraging words he left and I went into the city thinking what he said.
