A village had just burned down to the ground as fire spreads everywhere. the kings' men ordered to slaughter every villager in its vicinity as Grims family a sister, and mother along with Grim try to run from the town and its anguish. Grim would be 17 now, his sister, 15. as they run into a near forest area Grim spots a knight on a horse charging after them, prepared to protect his family Grim stands his ground as the rest run off. though he was weaker he had no sense to turn back or back down. the name "Hero" came from his siter always saying that how he protects the family and the village itself. always helping and driving away thugs. though a small village everyone who knew that name "Grim" knew he would never back down. after getting the knight to be knocked off his horse Grim proceeded to punch his armored body without hesitation to at least drive his attention towards him and just him. the knight with one swing took Grims eye and made a dent so deep it hit bone, but of course it would only scrape his organs. thanks to landing on his face covered in mud and grass he just barely survived. his family had been a long family of Necromancers, but after a certain incident they laid low and trained to be healers for the village of Carnenash the red eyes of the family, however, was a trait due to his forefather's mistakes, a power passed on from generation to generation slowly growing weaker, but in this case, stronger. Grim getting up from his now partly covered wound looks at the damage, how long has it been? a day? more? nothing remained of the town but ash. going to the forest where his family ran off to, he spots a corpse, of his mother, despite how bleak things where he realized there was no sign of his sister. fearing the worst he travels, far and far, meeting others training with friends of his forgotten dad, a night who in turn was not a necromancer but a hero of the public eye. that was till he betrayed the kingdom he served to save a princess of a rival kingdom and was executed, all the towns folk were furious, not at the Hero who   had risked his life for peace, but the king. gaining raven black armor suiting of a knights come back, some years of experience, and swords that only were heavy and sharp nothing more, he stormed the capital fighting his way through hordes of knights. as he reached the cells he finds his sister, who in last breaths tells him to continue to be a Hero he is. a Grim Hero. with that, after killing the king and bringing peace to Aztreal he simply leaves without notice, those in the kingdom know it to be an act of Heroism due to the harsh treatment of the kingdom, but Grim simply knows it to be true justice in his mind, and will no longer serve any king, but rather help those who need it. after studying under a necromancer's apprentice, he sets off to gain a book that could help him reach immortality, to keep those he cherishes safe, but that is not his true ambition, but rather to live forever in company of nothing more than a bar, and to tell tales to those who would seek them, maybe one day they will be of use, maybe he can prevent another tragedy. despite being nothing more than half decent necromancer with the capabilities to be one of the elite guards of a kingdom full of Heros and monster's Grim travels alone to find his own adventure, to tell his tales that maybe one day will help others, but first he must make those tales, explore the world and find the experiences needed to be worthy of the title "Hero". 

Grim Hero to this day has not found the Book of eternal breath. but he knows that what the book turns him into is no longer considered Human. he equips 2 long swords that seem to weigh the same of a broad sword as they are jet black just as his armor. despite his size and skinny features, he is tougher than any of his opponents but all the same would rather avoid fighting. or killing, because he believes in the value of a life and its teachings. though he has non, his true Family name was "Ventari" of the Ventari family of Necromancers, and as he would soon learn, Heros. though abandoning that name to honor his sister, he forever goes as the last of his family and the first of a "Hero" as his name from where he was from. breaking the cycle perhaps indefinitely.
