Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
i begin to tell my tale "i was out hunting for food in the black forest when i herd a blood curdling scream from the direction of my house so I run there at full speed and find my wife, and children strug up like trophies with the kings seal branded on there forehead and from that day forward i swore to slauter the king and all his followers to avenge my family" I say in a cold dead tone void of any emotion "i came to find and kill the ones who murdered my family......now will you tell me what i want to know or will you die alongside them" i say slowly drawing my twin daggers.
