How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when outside information (such as spells, magic etc.) is learned and used during roleplay. For example, If a player were to use another user's persona card to identify their player, whether it would be by name or any other critical information, then proceed to use it in dialogue without acquiring it through the person themselves.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is essentially when a user is almighty or godly. They roleplay in a way that only benefits them. A great example of powergaming can be seen through battle/fighting scenes in roleplay. A player might forcibly kill or injure another without the opponent being able to counteract.
