    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: alter my phrasing to suggest an 'attempt' at an attack, and by allowing the opposing player to emote in response to such an attempt.

Roleplay Scenario:

Hes mother did go die when he was five and hes father when he was six.

After that he did everything on hes own with hes grandpa and grandma and when he was 18 they both past a way and he did do everything after that on hes own.
