Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"My name is Slphie Amnesha, I was told a friend of mine has travelled through here recently" The wood elf said, lowering herself to the cushion. The old hag lifted her head "Ay, she told me you would follow behind her." Slphie laughed, a small sound "She often knows what I'm up to" A gray and white cat wandered into the tent and jumped up into the lap of the young elf. "There you are Ivy!" She said stroking the cat."Refresh me young lady, what was your friend's name?" The young elf smiled and said "Her name was Katara" The hag nodded, remembering. "Where are you from then?" the hag was growing tired, and wanted the young visitor to leave. "I herald from Nevaehlen, as most of my kind does." The hag closed her eyes. "If your wondering where your friend went, shes's in Grense, but I would get there soon. The mountain is reeking havoc and everyone will be leaving this land soon. The hag wondered off into sleep, and the elf stood and with a final glance back into the tent, she left for Grense.
