    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: I'm new to roleplay, but this is my stab at defining metagaming: metagaming is the use of applying knowledge gained outside of the game into the game for benefits the character in the game should not have obtained.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: powergaming is breaking the boundaries of realism. Making someone overpowered to the point where it ruins the game.
