    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Not taking the time in roleplay to act out your character gaining knowledge whether it be new skills, new information etc.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Making your OC so powerful it makes the events unfair for other players participating.

The look of disgust briefly crossed his face as he was greeted by the gentleman. There was one thing he detested more than social interaction, and it was those apart of the wealthy class. Before replying to the gentleman, he looked at him up and down in silent judgement. He then cleared his throat "I am simply here in search of saffvil...winter is near, and I would like to avoid losing my supply of aqua nymph and oracle wood as I did this last winter...so unless you know where I can acquire some, please leave me alone." He brushed past the gentleman and didn't bother to look back upon his reaction.
