    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: doing everything you can to get the the endgame using shortcuts and anything else to gain an advantage to get to your endgame

In his early stages of childhood Grave was taught to be a fierce warrior and to treat those who harm himself or those around him with harsh justice. Growing up far away from civilization his only close friend was Lysenai but he lived 3 miles away in deepest part of the woods. One thunderous night when Lysenai traveled to Graves hut in Astelyn forest a bolt of lightning revealed large creatures out in the distance. Aelcor and Lysenai were getting weary , So they went inside to get a closer look with Aelcor's Telescope , They found out that they were Orcs , getting closer and closer each minute. They were expecting an attack , So they armed themselves , but Lysenai was not a natural combatant. A couple minutes passed and the Orcs had come no closer, they noticed a man on the horizon fleeing as if he was afraid of something , He ran straight to Graves hut. The man knocked on the door anxiously. Grave simply asked "Who are you and what are you doing here?" The strange man replied with "The orcs.. Its not safe here." A lightning flash had shown the man hidden face , Grave looked at him as if he looked familiar. Lysenai was keeping watch and quickly interrupted when the Orcs began to becon towards their direction. The man looked over scared , His last words before he ran off fleeing were "See you in Malinor." Grave knew that this man had to be of some significants so he and Lysenai set off on their first true adventure to try and find out who this man was , So off they went....To the beutiful elven city of Malinor.....

Physical Description: dark stands at 3ft 1 inch he has a small rounded nose with small holes. his eye are bright red and his teeth are razer sharp. his ears are very sharp
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Alright sorry for the delay,

 

  • Your application has been deemed to be denied due to the plagiarism listed in your application, specifically your whole biography – you are unable to copy your referral’s application biography and change it’s name to your own characters.
  • The time period of Arcas to Malinor is too extreme to be apart of both maps with a character only at the age of ‘18’. 
  • Your definition for power-gaming is incorrect and i’ll suggest you fix this up!
  • Your characters height also cannot be done. Currently goblin lore states that they’re around the heights of 4”-6”. Unless specified for the disease of dwarfism you cannot have an extremely lesser height.
  • You’re unable to have razor sharp teeth or ears, you can state you have canine teeth though due to cartilage in your ears it cannot be listed as ‘razor sharp’.
  • Your character in ‘Interesting facts’ list three positives, one requires to be at least a weakness.
  • In the same area as ‘Interesting facts’ one of your positives is your goblin can see through others – please remove this as it is impossible without an accepted artifact.
  • Your skin you’ve used as reference has orange eyes whereas you stated you have red eyes.

 

Although you’re denied for these reasons you can reapply immediately once you’ve fixed these changes or try to make another character.
