Born on an island off the cost he grew up a fisherman working on a boat for his dad his whole life. He had little exposure to anything but fishing. His mother who had grown up in Helena taught him how to read and write, as well as a little about gardening. One day while he was out fishing a band of Elvish pirates raided and killed everyone in town. Filled with rage and sadness he set off to the nearest port city to demand that the pirates be killed. The Lord refused telling him that he didn't want anymore conflict between the two nations. Angry and defeated he vowed to himself to become King and destroy the Elvin nation. Joining the crew of a merchant ship as a deck hand He sailed around Arcas learning more about the world. He eventually grew tired of the sea and joined a group of mercenary's were he learned a small skill with the sword. Slowly he made his way across the land until finally he made it to Helena. Here he will truly begin his rise to power and glory.

You’ve just stepped off of the boat in the port of a massive and fortified city. Before you lies a sprawling bazaar, with numerous shops, stalls, and seated traders selling wares to folk of all walks of life. Just as you’re about to continue walking onwards, into the market, you’re approached by a well-dressed gentleman who looks upon you with a big smile. “Welcome!” He began. “What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?”

“Hello there, a little bit of everything actually. My name is Nayr pleasure to make your acquaintance. You couldn’t happen to point me towards the nearest tavern, its been quite the trip.”
