    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta gaming is having all information about a subject when your character has no prior experience to it such as being a mage then all of sudden knowing all magic.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: It basically means your a god and no one can actually do anything to you because you do what ever you want since you cant be killed such as shooting a fire ball at someone which immediately burns them that would be power gaming.
