Silver was born to a noble family in Heartland and was taught that what other people think of you is what matters most. His family has always acted like a jolly one outside of their homes, but when they are in the confines of their own home, his parents are constantly arguing about the smallest things, both of them are extremely frustrated about being forced into this marriage and as years go by, the frustration only rises. Due to their constant arguments he had started to slink into servant quarters and listen to stories told my the old maids. He had grown fascinated by them and had ended up reading several books on them, and growing a special fondness for them. He had been forced to go to the Church of Canon on a regular basis, though he had slept through most of the time spent there. When his parents had found his books of Mages, they had burnt all of them, this though had caused great grief for him, as he had always considered books more precious than all the Gems in the world, had not caused him to stop he had still gathered books on Mages gaining a great desire to become one himself. At his 18th birthday he had ran away from home, finally breaking under the pressure of so many people around him. And on his journeys he had bought an overpriced jacket for all the wealth he had brought with him.
He fidgets awkwardly and replies after a good while "To be honest it's a mix of curiousity to find about this place, a desire for adventure and complete lack of provisions to keep myself alive"
