    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: A character who uses knowledge that they shouldn't know could make unearned "maneuvers" in roleplay. For example, if a player heard that a character was secretly a spy, if the player employs that knowledge as their PC, they would unfairly put the spy at a disadvantage with information that was not gained fairly.

You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

(I'm sorry, this is super frustrating. I had an enormous paragraph here, but then the discord username wasn't accepted by the website, and it just reset my entire thing. I can't write that again. Basically, he's a student of physics and magic who studied in Haelun'or if that's ok, and he left in order to experience new things and come up with the realities of the universe. He fundamentally wants to help mankind reach the mechanics of the universe, and he believes both magic and physics work off of the same laws of reality. If this is an unacceptable format, I understand. It was just extremely frustrating to write so much with so much care, and then have it completely erased, especially because I put my discord name correctly, but because the new discord format doesn't have numbers, it just reset my backstory. )
