Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
"I'm looking for some honest work, trying to make a living and get a name for myself as the best mage out there!" You say with enthusiasm as you jump out of you chair. The chair falls to the ground with a loud BANG as it touches the ground. "Sorry I get excited I love my nature magic. I come from a long line of people who didn't do anything for their village and were selfish. But I don't want to be that way. I want to help others and cure curses, and heal wounded people, and slay monsters." You start to sweat as you keep talking.
