Aerose Kilamn is an “impure” high-elf who was raised up on a small farm with her mother, Selias Kilamn, on the southern outskirts of Helena. She grew up isolated with nothing but her mother and the animals around the farm up until her 8th birthday whenever a few other farms settled into the area. She was then put into a small communal education for all of the farm children. This is when she met her childhood friend, and fellow high elf, Kiarin. She soon discovered that his mother specialized in magic and alchemy, something Aerose’s mother had kept hidden from her until this point. One Aerose discovered her affinity for the mystic arts, she began to practice in secret. She successfully kept this up for years until, not too long after her 21st birthday, her mother discovered her brewing items and books on magic hidden away in a chest in the attic. This created a large argument that led to Aerose confronting her mother as to why she never discussed that part of their heritage and as to why she never learned more about her father. This lead to Selias accidentally revealing to her daughter that her father was actually from Lareh'thilln and a Mali'thill. Now knowing her father is still alive, Aerose fled her mother farm in a fit of anger, bringing only a small sketch of her fathers face that she stole from her mother, some clothes, a bit of food, and all the money she had. She spent the next fourteen years wandering Arcas in search of her father. She only continued to keep in contact with Kiarin and his mother, who would often send pages of spells and potions so she could continue to keep up with her magic studies.
Aerose stared at the man for a moment as she pondered his question. She finally reached into her bag to pull out a small sketch of a High-Elf man. “Have you seen this man? He’s believed to be a Mali'thill. This is why I’ve come here. Any adventure i find along the way is a bonus.”
