Jokroda was born in a small underground village next to the fortified gigantic dwarven location Kal’Urguan during a post war situation. She has no memory of her parents whatsoever, she was found underneath an apple tree by a loving worker couple that made their way into the city looking to sell their mined ores. Not knowing what to do they carefully placed the little girl on a bed of hay that they had on their carriage.
Even though they couldn’t afford taking care of the child due to the bad circumstances in their homeland the worker couple decided to raise the little girl as long as financially possible.
When Jokroda reached the age of 11 her guardians took her on a ride to a forest she hasn’t seen before. She was peaking out of the carriage a couple of times and the longer the ride went on the less familiar the evironment. She was exhausted due to the lack of sleep that she got but felt her “father” carefully picking her up and carrying her into the thick woods. He placed her on the ground ever so gently and slowly turned away but she could peak a quick glance at him. His face was teary and his facial expression looked broken and devastated. That was the moment when Jokroda knew that her life would change forever.
She barely survived the first two weeks in the deep woods, the berries and nuts she picked from the ground were barely sufficing and she was parched from the lack of water. Jokroda was on the verge of dying until an old Forest Dwarf approached her slowly and kneeled down to give her a hand. The old dwarf slowly led her into a shabby cabin deep into the forest and offered her some of the fresh mushroom stew and berry jam.
She was hesitant at first but realized she had no other chances but letting him aid her. He offered her his help until she was capable of surviving by herself.
Over the years Jokroda has learned everything there is to know about dwarven history, combat and religion and she started to see the old dwarven man as a sort of father figure.
But destiny didn’t want that to occur so one day when she came home from gathering foregables for dinner the old man was laying on his bed with his eyes closed. She rushed to him gently placing her hand on his because she doesn’t need any confirmation to know that he has passed away.
From this day on she has trained everyday using every knowledge that the deceased Forest Dwarf has taught her. Years passed and she came to the conclusion that she will return to the land of the dwarves to not only find out about her truth of her biological parents death but to also find out about herself. Who she is and who she will be. She wants to find out what destiny the Brathmordakin have planned for her.
