Merelth Torethel Is a wood elf that is fairly quirky but very knowledgeable. Her parents were both scholars studying the history of the ma’lmaune and the Dominion of Malin (as to what she thought) who also traveled a lot around the continent of Atlas. This made Merelth feel isolated most of her time when she was younger until one day they disappeared for uncaused reasons...Base on this fact, she really did not know anyone nor did she have friends because she thought that she would never have their trust or that they will one day disappear... So this cause Merelth to want to read or research a topic a lot on her free time (all of the time). Mostly on the arcane arts and Druid magic.. Until one day when she wanted to try to case a spell, an advanced spell (and an unknown spell). It turned out so drastically awful  that she was left with many wounds on her body, some more prominent, like the scar on her left arm, from Merelth’s elbow to the frontside of her shoulder and a scar on the crown of her head that she dyed a part of her hair to cover the scar later. The aftermath also left her with hallucinations about her parents and where they traveled to. Ever since this day, it had made Merelth more drastically into her studies and her parent’s studies that she wants to explores more of Atlas and why the causes of these wounds. Even if her social skills are terrible.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
