In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is roleplaying as something unrealistic (like when kids play and they win just because the suddenly have all powers) and that should be avoided because you are roleplaying as a realistic "humane" character, that means, powergaming ruins the realistic roleplay experience (also because all the other people are roleplaying as normal, non-absurd characters, in a normal way). Also, sorry for bad english i am brazillian and i'm forteen, have mercy on me.
In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Metagaming is basically being out of character, and when you are roleplaying you should be strictically under the CHARACTER's actions, decisions and thoughts, so when you break those rules, it doesn't only ruin your roleplaying experience, but it ruins the others (also you're not supposed to mention some things from real life depending on the context of the roleplay and the lore, such as modern things for medieval roleplays, for example).

((Share your character’s backstory! Please ensure it’s at least six sentences, written in third person, and references to the server lore, including a current realm in our map.))

If you’re stuck on what to add, consider the following:
- Your character’s family (parents, siblings, etc.)
- Where your character is from (include a real place on the map)
- What kind of environment was your character raised in
- Why your character left home

Lendir is a Farfolk that is a southeron.

At 13, he had been exilated from the family, and had to separate form his mom, dad and brother.

He does not know any type of magic, but is a good builder.

He likes growing crops, and working with food generally.

Lendir left home because that wasn't home for him anymore, he was mistreated and sad, so he came to find a better life.

He was always really gentle, sometimes messes up,  but he believes more in justice than being good all the time.

He has some trouble with memory, he forgets things frequently.

She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

((How does your character respond? Please ensure your response is at least six sentences long, and uses at least two actions.))

Example: (delete this when you add your own)

"Oh, I just, uh…" The traveler stutters, tensing up. They eye the crone, then back outside the shack. For a moment, the air thickens with anticipation, until… he says:

"I come to this town to live a peaceful life! *says with joy, but also remorse and sits on the chair* I come from a place very far away, it's like a desert. That wasn't a very uhh good place for me. I hope i can establish myself here and hopefully know my fellow neighbors better. I really like building, maybe i could serve as a builder for you people on change of this being my new home. Uh... May i ask... what is your name and what have you been expecting me for? My name is Lendir, pleasure to meet you! *offers a hand shake*"
