You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

I address the witch with respect and sincerity, sharing my story while explaining the differences in my appearance compared to other dark elves.
"This difference in my physical appearance is to the color of my skin. My red eyes and black hair also stand out among my elven brothers and sisters. These unique traits are a manifestation of an occasional genetic inheritance, the result of centuries of alliances and marriages between my family and other elven bloodlines."
"Despite the physical differences that set me apart, I share the same abilities and cultural characteristics that are common among dark elves. My journey is a quest to understand who I am and what my purpose is in this world. I ask for your guidance and wisdom, as I believe May your knowledge shed light on the paths I should follow."
