Stacey was born in Sutica, to Thomas Gilchrist and Lillian Gilchrist. When Stacey was about seven her parents had two more kids, both boys, who needed to be cared for. Her father was too drunk to care for them and her mother was always at work as a chef for a nearby restaurant. On her mothers off days, she would teach Stacey how to cook food and how to take care of her brothers. Stacey was an amazing cook and at the age of 15, her parents divorced. She saw her dad every other day and had to take care of him and her brothers when they were there. She taught her brothers how to be self-sustainable and immediately left Sutica, adventuring around Arcas to further her cooking knowledge, hoping one day to settle down and start a cooking school. She has traveled to many different places to learn more, such as the city of Linandria. Along with being a cook, she has always wanted to study in alchemy and medical studies.
