  1. Torstein Eiriksson Ruric cried himself to sleep on the nights where nobody was home, his pillows beginning to flatten at the despair of the boy. On rare nights of loneliness, he would try and sneak into the clinic in hopes his father was awake. Alas, he would rarely be, but the boy would snuggle up against him so that, come morning break, his father knew he loved him.

  2. Diona Roza rubbed her head, trying to let grief come another day. She made sure the house was spotless for when her husband returned, but she knew there would still be something dirty on his heart. An empty hole, for he lost his son.

Torstein Eiriksson Ruric had been recovering from being kidnapped, yet did not understand the meaning of death. Perhaps the 'Candy Man' would be seen as a magical being in the mind of a child, gone to meet with the all-father.

What magic(s) will you be teaching?

             Housemagery

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

Housemagery is a magic that connects the user to not the void, but the inner mana. Used for non-combative purposes, Housemagery is one of, if not the most, wholesome magic there is to grace Descendants and races alike. Tapping into the mage's soul, they can utilize their mana to help with everyday tasks such as dusting the home, washing dishes, or setting a table. Larger scale and/or prolonged use of Housemagery will tire the mage due to the overusage of inner mana. With the multitude of spells that can be learnt by a mage, not all can be acquired with just a single teacher or book.

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

At Tiers 3 and 5, Housemages are able to find themselves able to do more with Culimancy, expending less strength and time to create above and beyond dishes. With examples of sweets, baking products, and soups, all are able to be enhanced further with different spices to give the consumer subtle emotional changes. (With prior OOC consent.)

Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

Cynthia found herself in the dark of night, bitter about the familiarity. With a heave and reliance on her cane, the older woman took a deep breath as her body felt ever so slightly more at ease. "Darkness brings sorrow, let light guide me!" And in an instant, a ball of harmless flame appeared in her right palm. Chuckling to herself, Cynthia continued on the road.

Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

"Focus. You needn't think of anyone else but yourself, Francis." The broken mage croaked out.

"But, what if I can't?" The adept housemage timidly responded.

"Nonsense, there is still youth in yourself. You need to relax, find yourself within you." Cynthia set her right hand atop the prodigy's left, forming a slight connection with him in search of his inner mana. This was, after all, how she learnt.

Say your student powergames during or after teaching, how do you reprimand that?

I believe that a set punishment for a powergame is not possible; rather, I would base the reprimandation off of the severity of the powergame. If the powergame was a genuine mistake, I might withhold teaching for a day or two. If the powergame was way out of line to the point where there was genuine ooc anger on either party, I may consider dropping the student entirely.

  4. Diona Fleurgrass was quick to receive the letter from the courier, and even quicker in penning a letter to the author.

"While we cannot be there physically, my husband and I give you our support. We, too, hold Rozania dear to us, which only strengthened our reason for absense among your people."

  5. 1 hour ago, Javert said:

A certain Rozanian exile somewhere in the world released a sigh at the missive before passing it to his now-wife Diona Fleurgrass (@PixlHoopa). "I am not sure what to make of this, but quite frankly I must say this attempt to save Rozania is...desperate to say the least. I understand William's want for peace, but in all honesty, this will do nothing to stagnate the two Principalities' lust for blood. They will still find some excuse, somehow, to keep fighting." After breathing another sigh, Oisin went about making himself a cup of coffee.

The other exiled nodded to her now-husband Oisin Buckfort after finishing the dusting. "No law or conversion might help in this world's court. They have experienced much bloodlust in their time, and this will not solve it." With a heavy sigh, Diona began work on growing her garden. "We should give things time. We'll be able to return eventually."

  6. Diona Fleurgrass scanned the missive, letting out a sigh before pocketing it. Cupping her hands, she scooped up some water from the pond, yet it sifted through the cracks in no time. "Every story has its lies. I suppose this is not an exception."

  7. Diona Fleurgrass read the missive from a sacrosanct pond of hers, watching the lights glow. "..This is a necessary step forward." Letting the ink seep through the clear pond water, she gave a sigh. "Everything is a bubble, preparing itself to vanish in a burst. Once this is all over, no bubbles in Rozania will pop again."

  8. Diona Fleurgrass read over the paper after her slumber, brain pounding in a slew of emotion. Without a word, she began packing up her lonesome residency.

    Spoiler

OOC: Big thank you to Plague for the amazing roleplay over the last few months, along with everyone else! It's been a joy seeing Rozania come to what it has been today!

  9. Diona Fleurgrass peered at the paper, feeling an uneasiness while indulging on the information. "Well, this isn't right.."

She made a light correction, as it was missing a smiley face. She stared at it for a moment, nodding in approval at the design.

“The law can be both a help and a hindrance.” - Unknown.

Prawo Zero - Your Guide to Understanding Rozanian Law

Rozania is home to many, and this requires the law to be taken into account for seeds of peace and prosperity to plant themselves into the land. However, at first glance, anyone who desires to become informed within the Rozanian Law must be equipped with the knowledge necessary to read it, less they desire it to be mere nonsense. To understand Rozania’s law, the following formatting and terms will be utilized in the pages to come:

Chapter, Section, Article - The Chapter encompasses all statute laws and Sections for one jurisdiction of law, while the Section is a more finite way to locate an Article of the law. Articles, as one may expect, are the common laws themselves, found under a Section.

Civil Servant - Terminology for someone who has dedicated themselves to Rozania, be it through the militia or a political position.

Rząd - A term used for those who are in direct governmental positions with power. Leads on behalf of the King.

Decree - A form of law that is instituted or only effective from a certain period of time.

Minor Punishment - Beatings, fines, warnings.

Mediocre Punishment - Removal of appendage(s), most often not by choice.

    Major Punishment - Hanging.

The Wrath of the Righteous Flame - To mark someone who shall be cast out of Rozania. Branding someone with The Wrath of the Righteous Flame will be done with the wrongdoer able to feel the heat of the metal.
