TO Sutica and its problematic peoples,

For far too long have you all been plagued with corruption, soley bent on ruling over one another. Unfortunately, this uprising that your own people have fostered will change naught. I have seen this from up on high, and truly, all of this is meaningless squabbling. Each and everyone one of you is at fault for your mistakes. I remember the time I entrusted faith in Sutica, that it would one day be as prosperous as it used to be. Sadly, that has been swept clean by the current monarchy of your nation. In order for your war-infected minds to comprehend my meaning, breaking it down into simpleton words should suffice.

you must learn to have peace. Rushing into a war head-on with the nation that you’re under will only leave a dent in their reputation, of which will fade into nothingness but rumors and myths. Once you come to terms with your futile movement, perhaps you shall be awakened to resting your blade.

Diona Fleurgrass was amidst the process of taking down her tent as she received the letter. A faint curl of her lip formed as the written words of Common met with her eyes.  "I... hold an issue with this. Sure, Ser William is quite generous, but without paying taxes? I cannot accept his generosity to the fullest." Glancing to her bag, a hefty sigh escaped her lips. "I suppose I shall prepare for both a true residency and tax payments."

'Dee' compared the names to a local announcement, resting her head on the paper. Moving to her makeshift desk, the thin lass stashed away her copy of the family scripture. "I hope this was the right choice..." Now gazing out to the sea, the scent poisoned her senses. "We'll be ok."

Eve Gardnyr read over the decree, balling it up before poisoning the sea with its inky words. "What auchet nonsense, coming from vlagt Sutica, as to be expected. Nonetheless, waiting is all I can do." Returning to the gardens, Eve couldn't care less about empty words.

Eve received the letter on her mother and father's behalf, glancing over it. "Oh.."

Ribbon Ticket Event: Yong Ping Scavenger Hunt

Greetings, everybody! I, Master of Law of Sarissa, Diona Fleurgrass, am rather pleased to formally announce the First Ribbon Ticket Event: The Yong Ping Scavenger Hunt! Graciously, Tianrui Ren has allowed this Scavenger Hunt to take place within Yong Ping's walls, despite the current destruction. This event's rules will be as follows:

•A. 1. Everyone will have a partner during the event duration.

∙ 2. This is to promote safety during the festivities.

•B. 1. Twenty-five Ribbon Tickets will be hidden between the Sarissian camp and Yong Ping.

∙ 2. All Ribbon Tickets will be marked to prevent counterfeits from entering play.

∙ 3. Everyone who participates must start at the same location.

∙ 4. All participants will receive a Ribbon Clue-Book, which contains hints of the locations of each ticket.

•C. 1. Violence to claim others' Ribbon Tickets will not be permitted.

∙ 2. Rough-housing and arguments over Ribbon Tickets will result in them becoming void from submission.

Now, what might these Ribbon Tickets be utilized for, you might ask? Well, for a special type of 'raffle'! By submitting your Ribbon Tickets to the Ribbon Ticket Exchange Corner (RTEC), you will receive one Ribbon Kard, which will house the number 1-6 on its face.

Each Ribbon Kard can only be used once on the Ribbon Board.

The Ribbon Board will have prizes listed on each space, and when someone lands on that space by using their Ribbon Kard, they may claim the prize for that space only in their present year. Prizes may not be claimed years later. Once someone claims the prize for landing on the Ribbon Board, that's it! Nobody else may claim that prize! Ranging from food rations to weaponry, the Ribbon Board is the key to bringing a lifetime of Ribbon™ fun for everyone!

The Ribbon Ticket Event: Yong Ping Scavenger Hunt will commence in the next month, days after the Day of the Dead in the current Sarissa camp.

Diona Fleurgrass read over the missive with a vague curl of her lip, nodding along with it. "Much to prepare."

Diona Fleurgrass added a copy of the scripture to a pouch, gazing along the contents with a countenance of perplexion. 

"..I suppose I should not be shocked by this." And with that, the young lass returned to searching for shrubbery to burn at the Sarissian camp.

A woman of blue shifted her spectacles, sighing as she tossed the note into the fireplace of the tavern. "Curse of Deception? Perhaps these... Risorganists are more perceptive than one might believe."

A visitor wandered into the area, taking a seat across from the lady. He payed her little mind as he read as he read the manifesto, turning to the lass as he rapped his digits onto it. "Can you believe it? This is an outrage!"

The woman merely gave a shrug, shaking her head all the while. "The law will decide this." Closing her book before her, she arose from the seat, taking a stroll out into the rain.

Truly, it was raining somewhere.

A fluttering creature chews on the missive, spitting it back out in disgust. Throwing it into the water, it went back to its cavern home.

A fluttering sprite looked at the black and white drawing of the wanted drawing with curiosity. Wasn't this the same person they saw earlier? Whatever the reason, it didn't matter to them. Folding it up into a makeshift pillow, they took it back to where the dwelt in a cavern.

A sprite flit over to the muddy paper, dragging it along the ground to a cavern in the east. After trying to read the mysterious calligraphy, it decided to use it as a blanket, keeping shelter from the warmth and big monsters. Perhaps, one day, it might be sighted again.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Sprites are mystical creatures, residing in the land of the Eternal Forest. These beings are rarely seen in the Mortal Realm, but those who lose their footing under a full moon might find themselves in a world of unfamiliarity.

Upon being transported to this new world, the Floral Echo of the sprite is alone, drifting through the realm. In doing so, flora, insects, and other natural life begin to cling to the soul, slowing giving it a physical body of the Mortal realm to house itself in.

After this process has been undergone by a Floral Echo, the Sprite may set out to find its purpose and task for itself in the world. Most commonly known for being sneaky or conniving Fae, Sprites possess many tricks and gimmicks which give them their branding of such. With the capability of flight, these beings have the power to do things that mortals generally cannot, such as find themselves in higher elevations and smaller residencies, due to their scrawny body mass. Coming from the realm of the Fae, those which originally dwelt in the Nightfall Domain possess a unique ability. Unlike other Sprites, when they provide tears willingly, it can be collected as a reagent, capable of aiding alchemists. Unfortunately, not everything is sunshine (specifically the process of photosynthesis) and roses for these Fae tricksters. A key weakness is the fact that, due to being made up of natural material, fire, voidal, and dark magicks cause these beings extreme pain and discomfort. Furthermore, if infected with a Blight, these creatures feel the same effect and despair that regular flora may. In order to be rid of the harrowing pain, Sprites must seek out a druid to cleanse them of such illness. While there is such thing as a more elderly Sprite, they tend to display childish manners, oblivious to the world and customs around them. This is not to say that those with experience in the world are stricken to be purely young in mentality, but rather more well-behaved. Beliving that they were stricken from where they once dwelt by the Aspects themselves, Sprites work towards what they may see as redemption, in hopes of being given sanctuary from the Mortal pain and turmoil. A Sprite from the Nightfall Domain is truly the most mischievous, going as far as to commit murder of animals or even Descendants in hopes to appease the one who overlooks their past home, Nemiisae.

If this construct or creature has some form of aesthetic choice, can you describe how they look? 

Scatter-Puff is a Nightfall Sprite who is made up mostly of the elusive blue ladybugs, found most prominently down south in Sutica. While standing, or in this case hovering with a height of nine inches, that doesn't stop them from fluttering about, searching for something or someone to mess with. Using a stubby snout and a keen sense of smell, Scatter-Puff tends to try out different types of food, and based on their results, may give a trick or treat to the chef. Despite their love for food, Scatter-Puff is rather slim, having the width of a modern day cell phone with their arms at their sides, and roughly the same depth.
