Auddryn Omvog was born into a family of blacksmiths who lived in Krugmar and made weaponry for Krughai and travelers, as he was born along with his two other siblings, Ethin Omvog, his older brother, and Syegge Omvog, his twin sister. His parents were whitewashes, who didn’t praise the spirits and generally didn’t follow orc culture. Auddryn was taught to be a whitewash, therefore he had no friends other than his siblings. Auddryn’s older brother went off to become a shamanist, while his sister became a spirit priest.
Auddryn tried blacksmithing, and found it quite easy, due to his quick learning skills. He learned how to carve wooden swords for training, and how to smith metal (iron, gold, steel, etc.) to make anything ranging from daggers to longswords. After a while, Auddryn’s parents died of old age, since his father was 312 years old, and his mother was 309 years old. He didn’t want to be a whitewash, and due to his profession as a blacksmith, decided to begin to worship the spirits Kulthark, for metal is needed for weaponry, and Skathach, for fire is needed to mold the metal. Auddryn at this point was 22 years old, as he then decided blacksmithing was his destiny, as he packed up and moved to Goi, the orc ‘capital,’ setting up shop to continue both his family legacy and business.
