Before I go into these, I noticed you left this question: “Your Character Age must be at least 18" but my friend has a character that is 6 why does it say it must be 18?”
To answer this question, for new applicants, their character age must be 18. However, this rule does not apply for people who have been playing enough time on the server to unlock another persona slot. You may not age down your character under 18 years old on your first applied persona, however you may have characters less than 18 for different characters (If you unlock another persona slot or PK).
Now, on to the suggestions:
