“I’m here to make a better life for myself sir. I have traveled here with my skills to have a better life than my father had.” I responded. “Well how are you going to do that son?” He replied. I clutched my sword and fond memories of my swordplay training came into my head. “With my skill, talent, and ambition sir!” I replied. He said, “There are already so many skilled people that have traveled the same path as you. What makes you any different than them?” I grinned and said, “They aren’t Daniel Bourne. They aren’t as skillful in blacksmithing as me. They aren’t as skillful in swordplay as I am.
