You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?))
Example: "Sorry! Wrong tent!" *Fearful of the magic that was displayed, as well as the mysterious atmosphere of the area I have found myself in, I attempt to make a swift exit from the tent.* "Floating Candles? Not for me!"
*As I turn around to exit the tent, the entranceway suddenly closes before my eyes, making me unable to leave*
*The hag repeats herself, this time in a less friendly, more commanding tone* "Tell me your story."
*Fearful for my life, and seeing as I do not have another way out, I oblige the hag, hoping that the quicker I tell her my story, the quicker I can leave.*
"I am Greido, a newcomer to these lands, looking for work."
