Gany Jansferd was born into a poor family living on the perimeter of The Kingdom of Haense. The Jansferd family started there farm in 1719, at the beginning of the Adrean Period. Gany's grandparents supplied the Kingdom with food and drink in an attempt to restore the supplies lost in the War of the Two Emperors. From then on, the farm supplied the country though a gruesome period of war and political stress. This took a toll on the family, they had little food for themselves because the demand was to high for the food to be needed elsewhere. The stress of work combined with going into labor with his little sister caused her death after her birth. Gany and his dad attempted to take care of the new child but the lack of hands on the farm caused the farm to fall under. We started to travel into the kingdom for work, Gany was able to find a job but his father had no such luck. Being hungry and sick, he was not a fitting candidate for any employer in the kingdom. Gany's income was unable to support him, his sister, and his father; the father left one day with a note saying "I'm sorry I failed you. Keep your self and your sister safe, your mother and I are so proud of you". A year later, Gany's sister contracted a disease and Gany was unable to afford treatment. Stricken by constant grief and loss, he set out to find a place he could belong.
