Gashadokuro haunts the North, word of succession drawing it to the hunt.

The cold north stirred amidst a whipping blizzard as a mass of shadows moved under the veil of the storm. With hellish purpose, these ne'er-do wells left in their wake debris and flame that’d pepper the darkness like torches, seen by all who travel around the mountainsides of Murkwater Company’s Port, Minas Mordren. Attempting to dock would find them met with silent, unlit halls and the haunting notion that beady eyes watch hungrily behind the darkness.
Over the far North, a storm of bat-like demons roam amidst the howling snowstorm, they parrot in impish chirps the bestial message from the Lich-Lord, Gashadokuro.
ATE REYNARD DELMAR.
MURKWATER MINE, CELI'ANOR NEXT.
WILL EAT ALL ON SIGHT.
KNOW MY NAME,GASHADOKURO.

"As planned." News came to Gashadokuro as whispers from the shadows, lording unchallenged, atop a throne of bodies.

"If she was so strong, she'd fight me." Gashadokuro comments, catching a cold wind of the developments that hailed from the North.

"FINALLY! S-RANK!" Cried the demonic Damiyo, Gashadokuro, despite the loss of a foothold, it did not seem to lose its confidence; it planned, schemed as its forsaken body would be leeched upon by the fabled blade, a vessel fully realized. "LET THEM COME!"

"I'm sure this 'gargoyle' is found in a tavern with a pretty elvish face compared to prowling for meat!" The red lich, prophet of Ixris spoke, bemoaning who his peers were.

The Cursed
in Debate
Honestly, cursed children deserve it. Your soul is offered up to Ixris, second to Iblees, the literally overseer of Hell that permanently taints your soul and claims it. Deific connections are pledging your soul to a deity for their magic, where you will be their's upon PK. How can you offer what you don't have? This is not the tiefling DnD experience

I would complain this should be more given we've got naztherak, mystic, and necro zentherak so there being crossover between inferi and really most magic make sense. But for mechanical / slot purposes I see how those might be unachievable or clunky and this is a decent middle ground approach. Inferi definitely need some love, sort of sucks they must be bound and be a poop slave.
NOOO ZARSIES, NOOO WE CANT ENCOURAGE MAGIC STACK ANYMORE

The atmosphere in the West of Braevos this evening brimmed with the exuberance of the Koyo-Kuni festival. Revelers admired elegant dresses, savored Chicken Katsu from the Grub Bucket, and engaged in spirited sumo challenges. Little did they anticipate the impending cataclysm that would shatter their merriment.
As the night unfolded, the eastern sky blazed with infernal fury, unleashing chaos upon the unsuspecting city. From the depths of Hell itself, an army emerged, plunging the village into a nightmarish battle between the living and the damned. At the heart of the conflict loomed the dread Gashadokuro, orchestrating the mayhem with sinister intent.
By dawn, the valiant efforts of the city's defenders had faltered, yielding to the relentless onslaught. Forced to retreat, the heroes left behind a cityscape reduced to smoldering ruins, overrun by grotesque horrors emerging from the ashes.
The once serene Cursed Forests now served as the domain of the Lich-King, his relentless siege marking the beginning of his reign of terror. With Sakuragakurai in ruins, the sinister ruler moved to fortify his newfound stronghold, casting a fiery pentacle over the land.
A few scraps of flesh spread throughout the realm by some unknown means, carrying bloody chicken scratch which spoke an ominous warning,

The Red Lich, Gashadokuro, himself saw this. A fire burns in the dead's stomach, whispers addling his hollow skull. The Oni-Lich took this as an insult, as opposition seeking to take his territory. "Invasion.. turns.. North.." Behind this hulking monster of an Archlich, a hellgate bled sinister lights.

"It's funny! They mustered the confidence to leave their walls, but early in the AM so no-one could say hi!" The red lich laughed, striking another tally on the scoreboard, in his favor.

Even from God's domain, Lector Dharas, the dead Inquisitor, felt himself peeking through the clouds. He heard the disturbance. "Lectors?"

Upon the battlefields against Azdromoth, Tanaka braved the storm alongside his comrades. Faced by death once already in this war, his second time would not be as lucky, nor as expected.
Amid the warfront shifting, conquering the small fortress of Satar, Tanaka joined his battle-buddy, Oijin, in the bloody skirmish! In the darkest of night and their waning zeal, the Sunlit Lord, Xan, possessed a man. Tanaka insulted this man, this divine being, winning in shattering its ego at the cost of his life. With a streak of sapphire, godly electricity smote the drunkard into ash that’d scatter the battlefield. An ant squashed in the infinite cosmos, one without a legacy to remember, nor place for his soul to wander, dust.
In Koyo-Kuni, many would find the bum’s tent unattended, a gourd half-drank and his leftover clothes stained.
