The Verloc Family is a sweet little family in the Kingdom of Norland in the capital of Varhelm with a distinctive family crest of a clover. On the night of a light evening shower, Edennoire Verloc was born. Since she was a child she had always been infatuated with clovers, she always believed if she could find a four leaf clover one day it could bring her immense luck since their family crest and motto had always been about the clover and the luck it brought. She spent most of her days pondering about in Norland and meeting new people that would come by the ports, hence why she never had any true friends within the kingdom. She enjoyed talking to strangers from beyond Norland because they would have so many stories about the lands beyond which she always dreamt of travelling to. She vowed that one day when she was old enough, she would travel all across Almaris to satisfy her curiosity of the world. Whilst Edennoire was a student, she would find interest in linguistics and taught herself many languages and besides that she also took an interest in a little psychology. It is because of these interests that she had gotten very good at talking to strangers but she never could keep anyone too close around her to be considered an actual friend of hers. The only person whom she usually would converse with would be her mother whom would be amused by the amount of questions that Edennoire had of the world. But Edennoire's relationship with her mother would soon change once she said that she would be leaving Norland to travel the world, her mother did not like her idea and forbid her from leaving the Kingdom. They argued, Edennoire felt oppressed by her mother and then the rest of her family due to the fact they did not let her travel with the reason being, ' It's too dangerous for a girl like you. ' so one day she finally had enough and snuck out in the middle of the night to a ferry to Elysium. The only thing she had kept to keep as a memory of her family was a special silver necklace with a four leaf clover casted in crystal resin given to her by her mother during her 18th birthday. The clover now instead of reminding her of luck reminded her of her guilt to leaving her family behind. But it was too sentimental for her to leave it or throw it away, so she kept wearing it and unconsciously would touch it from time to time. Once she arrived in Elysium, she opened herself up to a whole new world in which she would travel. She would prove her family wrong, that she was a brave and independent girl and that she could take care of herself out in the world beyond.
