Garcia Marie Mendez glances over her younger brother's shoulder, reading the paper. She nods, agreeing with Valentino, "Hombres are so strange."

Maya opens up the envelope, pulling out the letter. She glances over and scans the letter with her one eye, furrowing her brows. "... The frick?" In confusion, she read it once more before bursting into laughter. "Oh Erwin! You misogynistic c/nt!" 
She wipes her tears away from laughing so much as she gets up, ripping up the letter. She shakes her head, "At least father is more proud of Friedrich and I, then he'll ever be proud of you." And with that, she threw the letter into the fireplace. "Maya Avoran? It's Maya, you c/nt." But then a smile spreads across her face, "It's so on."

It is with great pride and joy that The Duchy of Elysium welcomes her allies to the Elysium Inaugural Ball: A acknowledgement of the prosperous start of Elysium’s peaceful independence and joyous well-wishes for our years to come. The balls will be held on the 25th of The Grand Harvest, SA 42 - just before the fifth anniversary of Elysium’s autonomy.

 Since the emancipation four years prior, Eugeo De Astrea and the Elysium community have flourished under the canopy that is Idol’s Garden and have grown beyond one’s expectation as a community and as a city. The Duchy aims to highlight and welcome this momentous occasion in the settlement’s history with festivities, feasts and dance for whoever wishes to partake. 

For the theme of this illustrious ball and celebration of Elysium’s official debut, one is encouraged to dress accordingly to best resemble the Duchy’s surrounding flora and foliage. 

All of Elysium’s allies and friends are welcomed and encouraged to come out to commemorate The Duchy of Elysium, her people, and this turning of a new leaf.

"This is exactly what I'm talking about," Emerald huffs as they read the letter. "This is why I left too." She shakes her head as they hand it over to her close friend, Lotte (@gronnravenn). "If they can't protect us properly, do things properly, what does that say about them? About Elysium as a whole?" she grumbles, growing frustrated by the minute. In the moment, Emerald remembers a time where the Rangers had failed her and their clan. "Chief was right after all," they whispered to themselves. It brought a slight smile to her face. Emerald glances up at her friend as they get up from her seat, "Let's go back to the woods and fight it out. I need to blow off some steam."
