At the small age of 5 Verara knew what a bad ruler was made of and the ruler of her town, Daeland, fit the bill quite nicely. Each day she suffered greatly, forced to do the peasant chores and treated horribly by all the other townspeople. She didn't find refuge in any of the town's children, instead she found more cruelty. Being an only child surrounded by hateful and cruel peers she never truly understood how to act around others. By age 9 her family was threated to be killed simply because of who they were, forced with no other option but to leave, they quickly ran on foot into the deep woods on the outskirts on Atlas. Many years pass and she is now 13, sick of the way her family was living she decides a change needs to be made. She leaves once again, but this time with promises of giving her family power and influence. At age 18, after much wandering and searching, she finally reaches her destination. A large clearing of trees, right near the city of Haelun'or, here she starts her journey of power and influence.
