    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Using information that you gain as yourself and using it in-game as your character to either benefit yourself or friends. Such as reading information on a certain topic in real life, that your character would have no knowledge of and suddenly having your character be an expert in said field.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Giving your character god-like actions or powers, preforming actions that are not in-line with your character, as well as disrupting others gameplay by not allowing them to make their own decisions or by controlling their actions. Such as saying " She struck him, severing his arm and leaving him immobilized".

At the small age of 5 Verara knew what a bad ruler was made of and the ruler of her town, Daeland, fit the bill quite nicely. Each day she suffered greatly, forced to do the peasant chores and treated horribly by all the other townspeople. She didn't find refuge in any of the town's children, instead she found more cruelty. Being an only child surrounded by hateful and cruel peers she never truly understood how to act around others. By age 9 her family was threated to be killed simply because of who they were, forced with no other option but to leave, they quickly ran on foot into the deep woods on the outskirts on Atlas. Many years pass and she is now 13, sick of the way her family was living she decides a change needs to be made. She leaves once again, but this time with promises of giving her family power and influence.  At age 18, after much wandering and searching, she finally reaches her destination. A large clearing of trees, right near the city of Haelun'or, here she starts her journey of power and influence.

Character Age: 18
Physical Description: Veara is rather short and rather strong and athletic. She has pale green hair, blue eyes, and is often wearing neutral colors and loose clothing.
Roleplay Scenario:

She looks around before proclaiming,  “Looking for goods from around the world, possibly a new task or voyage to partake on as well, out of curiosity, how did you end up here?". After getting a feel of the town she quickly decides this may be someone she chooses to stay for awhile
