Noemi was born on the year 1832 to artisans who resided in the Savoyardic County of Sarissa. During her youth Noemi always had penchant for everything glamorous and dreamt of a fairy tale life. When she was very young a civil war broke out in the common wealth of Sutica and she soon found herself having to adapt to a life beneath Ashford rule.
