You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) Jean hesitantly sits down on the cushion curius how this old hag knows him as he is sure he has never met this old hag before in his life. Against his better judgement he decides to humor the old hag and tells her his reason for coming to the swamp. "Well you see, I was on my way to another town to meet an old friend of mine there, as I heard he might have a job for me. Unfortunately I lost my way there and have been wandering the land trying to find the right way. It was at that moment where I saw the light of this small town in the swamp, and so I decided to come and restock my supplies and also see if anyone knew which way I should go." He then tells the old hag "Before I say anymore, I need to ask you why were you expecting me? I dont recall to have met you before."...........

He was born in a small house in the woods in the Forest in a mountain valley not too far from the Oren empire. One day after reaching the age of 18 years old, he met and befriended traveling merchant and who had a deepy influenced him to the grandess of the world away from his valley (and money). He then with his parents blessing set off with his new found merchant friend. After 2 years of traveling together they both arrived at the nearby town, where he was tasked with helping sell goods while his merchant friend left to get lunch . While his merchant freind was away a group of super shady looking guys came over and asked JD some questions about his friend in which JD unknowingly answered giving the impression that his merchant friend was extremly well off. Unfortunatly after that interaction with the shady guys that was where he last saw his merchant friend as he never came back to the stall. Upon realising that he might have been the reason of his new found friends dissapearance he was deepy affected. After this he left the town and got himself a set of armour with the money he was given by his merchant friend.
